I found the staff helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning and the wine hour in the evenings.

The street noise was noticeable at times. Better soundproofing could improve the experience.

The hotel's location was REALLY convenient. It was a short walk to many attractions. The room was clean and well-kept. I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby EVERY morning.

The room I had was quite small. The noise from the street was noticeable at night. The check-in process took longer than expected. I waited in line for about 25 minutes.

Decent Location, Some Issues

The location was acceptable. It was reasonably central to the areas I wanted to visit.

The shower temperature was a joke. It swung wildly between scalding hot and freezing cold. I spent most of my shower doing a dance to avoid getting burned or flash-frozen, not exactly the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
